Dave Cross Photography is committed to providing quality products. If a product is damaged or mishandled in shipping, please notify the studio within 5 business days.

All damaged products must be returned to the studio in order to receive a replacement.

Dave Cross Photography cannot be held responsible for any products shipped through regular US postal mail.

Shipping and Delivery Timeframes

Please allow 7-10 business days to fulfill all orders (does not include time for shipment and delivery).

Rush processing is available for an additional cost.
